Dominique LeBlanc-Sayer

Dominique grew up on a ranch in the Napa Valley, where the first resident adoptee was Jenny, an opinionated 12-year-old line back burro. Since Jenny, the ranch became home to other adoptees, primarily goats, chickens, sheep, and cows. It was a special time, and Dominique felt extremely lucky. She retired from Human Resources with the City of Davis in 2022, spent a couple of years traveling and writing, and then felt the need to get back to work. After moving from Sacramento to Auburn a year ago, Dominique wanted to finish her career in HR/Office Management with a company that gave back and had a strong mission statement of caring and nurturing, primarily with animals. It took some searching, but she feels she has landed on the perfect place, with its dedicated staff and wonderful residents.
