
Vegan gingerbread
Ingredients
- 180 g wheat flour T65
- 70 g rye flour
- 65 g cane sugar
- 2 tablespoons of gingerbread spice mix
- 1 teaspoon of ground vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 200 ml soy milk
- 150 ml agave syrup
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients together.
- Stir wet ingredients into dry mixture and mix with whisk and/or spatula.
- Pour into a cake pan lined with baking paper or oil.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 180°C.
- Let cool before unmolding and slicing.
