Sweet Bitchin’ Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients
Yogurt Bowl
- 1/2 cup Bitchin' Granola
- 1/3 cup Strawberries cubed
- 1/2 cup Vegan Greek Yogurt
- 1 sprig Fresh Mint
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Bitchin' Sauce plus more for drizzlin'
Bitchin' Granola -
- 3 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Coconut Flakes
- 1 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp Ground Vanilla or Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Bitchin' Sauce
- 1 Vegan Egg for chew factor!
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
For Bitchin' Granola:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through for even golden goodness.
- Let cool completely before devouring. Store in an airtight container (if there’s any left).
Assemble the Bowl!
- Make it Pillowy:
- Spoon Greek yogurt into your favorite bowl and spread it into a pillowy base.
- Swirl It:
- Add a hearty swirl of Chocolate Bitchin’ Sauce right into the yogurt.
- Top it Off:
- Sprinkle with cubed strawberries and a crunchy scoop of Bitchin’ Granola. Add a mint sprig on top because you’re classy and Bitchin’.
- Drizzle More Sauce (Optional… but not really):
- Add another dollop or drizzle of Chocolate Bitchin’ Sauce for max indulgence. There’s no such thing as too much chocolate.
