
Sunday brunch
Scrumptious and comfort Sunday brunch.
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 potatoes
- half Soy Chorizo Trader Joe's
- 1 cup Just Egg
Instructions
- Cook the onion and bell pepper on medium heat in a frying pan.
- Cook diced potatoes in boiling water.
- When the onions are looking nice and golden, add the potatoes.
- Add a half Soy Chorizo.
- Wait until it looks goodand golden.
- Pour one cup of Just Egg into the same frying pan.
- Mix everything until the "eggs" are cooked.
- Serve it!
